Michael Brooks is a partner in the law firm of Bracewell LLP.  He practices in the areas of energy, commodities and derivatives law, representing clients in a wide variety of commercial, regulatory, compliance and enforcement matters.  His counsel includes advising clients regarding emerging technologies and related privacy, cybersecurity, commercial and regulatory issues.
